About Vendy

I quit YouTube after 10 videos.

A year later, I wished I hadn't.

In 2020, I thought YouTube was taking far too long to work.

What happened after I stopped publishing changed the way I think about getting customers online.

Ten weeks. Ten videos. Every weekend gone.

I was researching topics, writing scripts, recording the same sentence over and over, and trying to edit everything myself.

I'd look at other YouTubers and wonder how they made it look so easy.

Meanwhile, one video could take me an entire weekend.

And after all that work? Hardly anyone was watching.

I was exhausted. So I stopped.

I hadn't uploaded a single new video in a year.

But my channel had kept growing.

I opened YouTube Analytics and couldn't believe the numbers.

People had been watching. Subscribing. Finding answers in videos I'd recorded a year earlier.

And I'd done absolutely nothing for 12 months.

What happens when you stop showing up?

Social posts

The feed moves on. Your post gets buried.

Paid ads

The budget stops. Your ads stop running.

Searchable videos

Months later, someone has the same question. Your answer can still be there.

That's when I stopped thinking about YouTube as just another social media platform.

Your customers aren't waiting for your next post.

They're getting on with their lives.

Until they have a problem they need to solve.

Someone is about to spend thousands of dollars on a service like yours.

How do I choose the right...

They find a video you made eight months ago.

They watch you explain it.

The same questions you answer on sales calls. The same advice you'd give if they were sitting across from you.

They watch another video. Maybe a third.

They see how you think. They hear your experience. They start to trust you.

When they finally book a call

Instead of

“So, tell me what you do...”

Starting from zero. Explaining. Convincing.

Imagine hearing

“When can we start?”

They already understand what you do and why they want your help.

And all of this could happen while you're busy running your business.

Where people search is changing. Why they search isn't.

Before someone spends thousands of dollars, they still want answers.

They want to understand their options. And they want to know who they can trust.

Today, they might start on

  • Google
  • YouTube
  • ChatGPT
  • Gemini
  • Perplexity
  • Whatever comes next

The tools will keep changing. The questions won't disappear.

And when someone finds your video, they're not just getting another answer.

They're hearing you explain it. Your experience. Your judgment. The things you've learned from actually doing the work.

People can get information anywhere. What they can't get anywhere is your experience.

Why I work the way I do

I spent entire weekends making videos. I don't want you to.

I remember how exhausting it was trying to do everything myself.

And I know you have a business to run.

Today, I help business owners turn the questions they answer every day into YouTube videos their future customers can find.

Without having to spend their weekends figuring out the research, scripting, editing, and publishing.

72.9%

of my YouTube views came from search-driven discovery in the measured 12-month period.

You bring the expertise. We handle the rest.

Your future customers are already searching.

Let's create something they can find.
